WHO YOU GONNA CALL? GHOST BROTHERS!!

TLC is ready to be scared silly, announcing a new season of GHOST BROTHERS premiering during its Friday night supernatural strand. Featuring TV’s first African American ghost hunters, Dalen Spratt, Juwan Mass, and Marcus Harvey are budding paranormal enthusiasts on a mission to find out if legendary haunted locations are the real deal. These charismatic characters blend natural curiosity with comedic flair, bringing humor and good manners to the spirit world. With eight episodes, season 2 of GHOST BROTHERS premieres Friday, March 10 at 9/8c on TLC.
The GHOST BROTHERS take a passionate hobby to the next level investigating historically haunted and often abandoned locations, testing their own spirit along the way. All raised in religious households, the GHOST BROTHERS were taught that “messing” with the dead is dangerous business, but some unexplained experiences of their own drove them to find out firsthand just how spooky the supernatural can be. Dalen, Juwan and Marcus enlist local historians and caretakers to provide the history of the property to better understand what they are facing. When night falls, viewers join the antics of their afterlife investigation as the trio uses local experts, investigative equipment, trigger objects, and most importantly, their southern charm, to help make contact with the other side.
In the premiere episode, the GHOST BROTHERS travel to New Castle, Indiana to investigate paranormal claims at the historic Thornhaven Manor. Reported to house negative energy that targets men – allegedly caused by a murder victim, his family members and the murderer, himself – the guys set out to discover what the phenomena actually is. Other haunted hot spots explored in the second season of GHOST BROTHERS include: a desolate sawmill nicknamed the “Mill of Death” in the bayou of Louisiana; the maze-like home of the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose; a haunted elementary school in Middletown, Ohio; the “White Witch” of Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica; and more.

MEET THE GHOST BROTHERS: As budding enthusiasts of paranormal investigation, the GHOST BROTHERS take a passionate hobby to the next level in some of the country's most haunted locations. By day, Dalen and Juwan are fashion designers with their own label called Loren Spratt , though, in their off time, they have been investigating haunted houses, hotels and cemeteries together since 2011. Marcus, a comedian and "Barber to the Stars," met Dalen in 2009 and they quickly bonded over their shared fascination with the unknown.

MARCUS
MARCUS HARVEY: The newest member of the group, Atlanta-based Marcus is a barber with celebrity clientele, and began cutting Dalen’s hair six years ago. When he shared his paranormal experience with Dalen – of being asleep and having a vivid sensation of an entity putting their hands over his mouth – Dalen quickly invited Marcus to join he and Juwan on their next hunt, and it’s been the GHOST BROTHERS trio ever since. Marcus considers himself the charmer of the group, the playful character who brings the humor but also handles the tools and technology for the team. DALEN SPRATT: As the leader of the group, Dalen identifies, researches, and organizes the locations that the GHOST BROTHERS investigate. He is adventurous, bold and willing to try anything while looking for and trying to make contact with ghosts. When he was 7 years old, Dalen saw an apparition in his grandmother’s house and that experience is one that has been forever ingrained in his memory. Born and raised in Dallas, his mother is the head Pastor of a church and his religious upbringing made him realize that there must be some higher power governing us all, having a profound impact on his life and how he approaches exploring the paranormal. JUWAN MASS: From Chicago, Juwan’s fascination with the paranormal started at just 12 years old when he would go ghost hunting in graveyards. He would experience drastic temperature drops and eerie shifts in energy that he wasn’t able to explain, physical sensations that piqued his curiosity and drove him to explore more. In 2005, Juwan and Dalen met as fraternity brothers at Clark Atlanta University, and bonded over a shared interest in the unknown. In 2011, they started investigating haunted locations that included cemeteries, hotels and churches, and have been on a mission to uncover evidence of the paranormal ever since.
